Terms and Conditions
Throughout the Terms and Conditions below, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller, Emily Jane Designs. By paying an invoice and purchasing goods from Emily Jane Designs you, the customer, engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to extend processing times at any time. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at any time. In the event that we make a change to, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Boot styles are made in batches and can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to be made, customer is aware of wait times and cannot decide to cancel because they were not aware of the current wait. Due to supplier issues boots could extend past the 12 week wait time, this is something out of my control.
All of our prices include the Australian Goods and Services tax ( GST), any other fees and taxes will be on top of the price.
For example the Value Added Tax (VAT) tax will be added on if your in the EU Union.
Cancellation Policy
At Emily Jane Designs, we take great pride in crafting and preparing your items with the utmost care. As such, once an order is placed, it enters our production or dispatch process immediately. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations for any orders due to a change of mind or personal reasons.
Please note the following:
Final Sale: All orders are considered final upon completion of the checkout process. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully, including product selections, quantities, and shipping information, before submitting your purchase.
Exceptions: In the unlikely event that there is an error on our part (such as incorrect items shipped or defects in the product), please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items selected and all associated details are accurate at the time of purchase. We recommend reaching out to us if you have any questions or need assistance before placing your order.

Once you have placed your order whether it be a deposit amount for the boots or in full, the amount is non refundable due to items being custom made for the wearer and non refundable fees taken by our website hosting service and other payment platforms.
